Keeping a constant angle, while sharpening, can be difficult at first. Taidea knife sharpening guide holds the knife at a 15° angle. Place the guide on the back of the knife (knife between the guide), place the knife on your whetstone and you're ready to sharpen. It is recommended to use pushing strokes. The guide works best for kitchen knives and other knives with wide blades, minimum blade width is 19 mm.
